What Will The Right Person Look Like?
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
– Proven work experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an international setting.
– Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
– Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
– Experience in the banking industry or a related field.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
What Will You Be Doing?
– Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of international projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
– Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
– Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
– Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and proactively address issues that may impact project success.
– Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
– Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on key metrics, milestones, and risks.
– Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
– Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to project management.
